The Swiss company mobilezone holding ag (mobilezone), parent company of einsAmobile Management GmbH, is acquiring 100% of the shares in SH Telekommunikation Deutschland GmbH (SH). As an independent online provider, SH markets contract-based mobile phone offers. With the takeover, mobilezone is consolidating and strengthening its presence in Germany and in particular its expertise in e-commerce with the online platform www.sparhandy.de.
mobilezone today concluded an agreement with the two shareholders of SH on the purchase of 100 percent of the shares in SH. Wilke Stroman will continue to manage SH as Managing Director and together with Haubrich Verwaltungs SE will hold just under 10 percent of mobilezone holding ag as significant shareholders.
SH specializes in the brokerage of mobile and fixed-network contracts in Germany. In the 2018 financial year, the company generated sales of EUR 517 million with a normalized EBIT of EUR 10.1 million. SH employs 250 people.
This merge creates a stronger mobilezone in Germany with a focus on online business
With the acquisition of SH, mobilezone, together with its own brand www.deinhandy.de, will become the largest online reseller for contract-based mobile services in Germany. SH has grown its online business with the established brand www.sparhandy.de by an average of 15 percent over the last three years; in 2018, online sales amounted to EUR 147 million.
