Your area of responsibility
- Actively approaching customers to advise and market Deutsche Telekom's telecommunications products and services
- Presentation and demonstration of products as well as information on tariffs and services
- Acquiring new customers and expanding long-term customer relationships
- Implementation of sales promotion measures and promotions in the retail trade
- Maintaining and updating sales documents and CRM databases
- Active participation in training and further education on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Location: : The place of work is variable and can be chosen nationwide by arrangement
Your requirements profile
- Enthusiasm for telecommunications products and retail sales activities
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and enjoy dealing with customers
- Flexibility, commitment and initiative
- Team spirit and a reliable character
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not essential
- German language skills at native speaker level
- Class B driver's license
