Your area of responsibility
- Management and coordination of the field service team in the assigned region
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets and turnover targets
- Strategic planning, organization and management of the sales territory
- Managing, developing and motivating staff and ensuring high quality of service
- Helping to shape the regional sales strategy
- Close cooperation with other departments and management to optimize the sales strategy
- Location: The place of work is variable, depending on the region
Your requirements profile
- Completed commercial training or studies
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales and in the telecommunications industry
- Experience in employee management and team leadership
- Strong sales and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
- High level of self-motivation, assertiveness and organizational talent
- Team spirit and resilience
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Class B driver's license
- Experience in working with CRM systems is an advantage
