Your area of responsibility

  • Management and coordination of the field service team in the assigned region
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets and turnover targets
  • Strategic planning, organization and management of the sales territory
  • Managing, developing and motivating staff and ensuring high quality of service
  • Helping to shape the regional sales strategy
  • Close cooperation with other departments and management to optimize the sales strategy
  • Location: The place of work is variable, depending on the region

Your requirements profile

  • Completed commercial training or studies
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in field sales and in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience in employee management and team leadership
  • Strong sales and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation, assertiveness and organizational talent
  • Team spirit and resilience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Class B driver's license
  • Experience in working with CRM systems is an advantage
