Your area of responsibility
- Management and development of the sales team in the assigned territory
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets and turnover targets in the territory
- Identification of market opportunities and development of sales strategies to open up new business opportunities
- Acquisition and support of business customers and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Leading and motivating the sales team to increase performance and efficiency
- Close cooperation with other departments and management to optimize sales activities
- Location: The place of work is variable, depending on the region
Your requirements profile
- Successful professional experience in sales, ideally in the telecommunications sector
- Proven network and existing contacts in the industry an advantage
- Experience in employee management and team leadership
- Preferential consideration of employees brought in and existing teams
- Strong sales and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
- High level of self-motivation, assertiveness and organizational talent
- Good knowledge of Deutsche Telekom products and services is an advantage
