Your area of responsibility

  • Management and development of the sales team in the assigned territory
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets and turnover targets in the territory
  • Identification of market opportunities and development of sales strategies to open up new business opportunities
  • Acquisition and support of business customers and expansion of long-term customer relationships
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to increase performance and efficiency
  • Close cooperation with other departments and management to optimize sales activities
  • Location: The place of work is variable, depending on the region

Your requirements profile

  • Successful professional experience in sales, ideally in the telecommunications sector
  • Proven network and existing contacts in the industry an advantage
  • Experience in employee management and team leadership
  • Preferential consideration of employees brought in and existing teams
  • Strong sales and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation, assertiveness and organizational talent
  • Good knowledge of Deutsche Telekom products and services is an advantage
