Your area of responsibility
Management and development of the sales team in the assigned territory
Responsibility for achieving sales targets and turnover targets in the territory
Identification of market opportunities and development of sales strategies to open up new business opportunities
Acquisition and support of business customers and expansion of long-term customer relationships
Leading and motivating the sales team to increase performance and efficiency
Close cooperation with other departments and management to optimize sales activities

Your requirements profile
Successful professional experience in sales, ideally in the telecommunications sector
Proven network and existing contacts in the industry an advantage
Experience in employee management and team leadership
Preferential consideration of employees brought in and existing teams
Strong sales and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
High level of self-motivation, assertiveness and organizational talent
Good knowledge of Deutsche Telekom products and services is an advantage
