Your area of responsibility
Control & entry of incoming goods invoices in merchandise management & accounting
Preparatory work for monthly and annual financial statements
Telephone reception, appointment coordination & general correspondence
Carrying out various activities in consultation with the department management
Review of open items and preparation of liquidity planning
Interface to internal departments
Your requirements profile
Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant or tax clerk
At least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned or comparable area of responsibility
Experience with ERP software in the areas of accounting and inventory management, SAGE desirable
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Flexibility, above-average commitment, ability to work in a team and reliability
A proactive personality with good written and spoken German and English skills
