einsAmobile Management GmbH took over the business divisions of W.E.S. Kommunikation with effect from June 1, 2019. These include One Brand Solutions GmbH and Helfer-Line GmbH, under whose flag partner stores of the providers o2, Vodafone and Telekom are operated. In addition, einsAmobile is also taking over the 16 iBuy stores as well as the online activities of W.E.S. Kommunikation with the web sales portal Handyflash.de.
This secures the continued business operations of W.E.S. Kommunikation, which filed for insolvency at the end of April 2019.
