The telecommunications distributor einsAmobile now offers its specialist dealers and Ashops the opportunity to use IMEI on Demand via a modern and user-friendly online portal.
In the IMEI on Demand portal, retailers can display an o2-MyHandy IMEI number online and reserve it directly. This allows them to carry out activation for their end customers, even if the device is not yet on site. If activation is successful, the reserved device will be sent to the retailer.
"With this step, we are enabling our specialist retailers to access Telefónica's complete product portfolio live at any time and thus offer their end customers an even better service," says Tobias Holzapfel, Team Leader Internal Sales Retail and responsible project manager.
