Through its German subsidiary, the specialist retail distributor einsAmobile GmbH, mobilezone is entering into a strategic partnership with Philion SE, which includes Fexcom GmbH, the largest independent telecommunications chain store in Germany.
The partnership will create the first network-independent mobile service provider in Germany to interlink online and offline sales. As part of the strategic partnership, Philion will acquire a 30 percent stake in Mister Mobile GmbH from einsAmobile, which will retain a 45 percent stake. The co-founder and managing director of Mister Mobile, Robert Ermich, will retain a 25 percent stake.
With the well-known DEINHANDY.DE brand, Mister Mobile currently operates one of the largest and most successful online platforms for the retail of telecommunications products in Germany and, with the new partnership, will benefit from Fexcom's existing stores on the German market, which currently have 167 locations nationwide. The Philion Group plans to expand the number of stores to around 300 by the end of 2019 and to operate under the name DEINHANDY in future. As a result, the well-known online brand will also be present at the POS (omni-channel approach) and will be further strengthened.

New growth potential in the core market of Germany
The companies of the mobilezone Group and the Philion Group intend to work closely together in the future. Over the next 5 years, all telecommunication contracts and mobile devices of the Philion Group will be handled by the mobilezone Group.
