Your area of responsibility
- Processing and posting of incoming invoices, banks, travel expense reports and credit card statements
- OPOS reconciliation, account reconciliation + clarification
- Carrying out various activities in consultation with the department management
- Representation in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Your requirements profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant or tax clerk
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned or comparable area of responsibility
- Experience with ERP software in the areas of accounting and inventory management, SAGE desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Flexibility, above-average commitment, ability to work in a team and reliability
- A proactive personality with good written and spoken German and English skills
