Your area of responsibility

  • Processing and posting of incoming invoices, banks, travel expense reports and credit card statements
  • OPOS reconciliation, account reconciliation + clarification
  • Carrying out various activities in consultation with the department management
  • Representation in the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable

Your requirements profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant or tax clerk
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned or comparable area of responsibility
  • Experience with ERP software in the areas of accounting and inventory management, SAGE desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Flexibility, above-average commitment, ability to work in a team and reliability
  • A proactive personality with good written and spoken German and English skills
