Your area of responsibility
- Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives in the field
- Strategic planning, organization and management of sales activities in the assigned territory
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets and turnover targets
- Regular reporting to the sales manager
- Coaching and further development of employees to promote their performance
- Building and maintaining customer relationships and acquiring new sales staff
- Close cooperation with other departments and management to optimize the sales strategy
- Ensuring compliance with customer and service specifications
- Location: Obertshausen, Schweinfurt, Waiblingen, Fulda, Mannheim
Your requirements profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in field sales and in the telecommunications industry
- Experience in employee management and team leadership
- Strong sales and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Enthusiasm, assertiveness and team spirit
- Knowledge of Deutsche Telekom products and services is an advantage
- Very good MS365 knowledge
- Class B driver's license
